He spoke to Italtile Boksburg’s Sales Consultant Renaco Botha about his frustration with tiles that had not just lifted, cracked and faded over time, but had also lost their slip-resistance and were no longer safe.

Mr Souvaris’s other pain point was that the pool coping had faded and come loose.

Renaco Botha did a thorough site investigation to take exact measurements and ensure that they handed over a set of precision layouts and designs to Della Terra. The Cemento Grey Pavers were then sent to the waterjet cutting factory for custom cutting – with full bullnosing and half-bullnosing with mitred edges – and finally delivered for professional installation according to the layout plans. With oversight from Renaco Botha through the process, the renovation began in September 2023 and was completed in December 2023.
