Italtile Commercial Division was established in 2009 as a part of Italtile Retail. Italtile Retail forms part of the JSE-listed  Italtile Limited Group. Italtile has been in business in South Africa since 1969. Italtile Commercial Division supplies premium quality porcelain and ceramic tiles, matching trims, sanitaryware, bathroom accessories, taps and related products to the commercial projects market in South Africa and other countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. With our range of top international brands and the very best of local product, the Commercial Division supplies a one-stop service to architects, interior designers and developers specifying finishes for commercial developments. With dedicated, highly knowledgeable, passionate teams we supply an outstanding service offering to match our premium product range.
Meet Marius Maree, who has been in the industry since 2003. He joined Italtile in
2009 as a JV partner to manage and develop the fledgling Italtile Commercial
Division. With his passion for the Italtile business model and dedication to uphold
Italtile’s unique quality and service ethic, he grew the Division into a thriving
enterprise with a national footprint. Italtile has offices in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal,
Mpumalanga and the Western Cape.
With the opening of Italtile’s first cross-border showroom in Gaborone, Marius and his teams will be available to consult with commercial clients beyond our borders.
Meet Dale Hermanson, Commercial Division Regional Manager (Greater Johannesburg Region) and JV Partner. Dale’s been batting for us since 2015, and his enormous wealth of experience in all aspects of retail, combined with marketing know-how, managerial and people skills plus digital smarts have seen him climb rapidly from Senior Sales Consultant to Commercial Division Regional Manager and JV Partner. All-round good sport, relationship builder and charismatic motivator, Dale is no stranger to teamwork, fair play and the competitive spirit; after close on a decade as Chairman of the legendary Wanderers Cricket Club, as well as several years running his own successful sports store.
