Italtile hosts Ceramica Sant’Agostino and celebrates a beautiful partnership.

Italtile is proud to host Filippo Manuzzi, CEO of Ceramica Sant’Agostino

Italtile is proud to host Filippo Manuzzi, CEO of Ceramica Sant’Agostino - Italy’s foremost porcelain tile brand - at two prestigious events in February 2020. Mr Manuzzi will talk about his company, their history, their vision, the spirit of the brand, design aesthetic and innovation.

Filippo Manuzzi,

The first event - a business breakfast - will take place at Cape Town’s world-renowned Zeitz MOCAA art space on 19 February 2020. This will be followed by a glamorous evening event at Italtile’s showroom in Nelspruit on 20 February 2020. Italtile will be welcoming valued clients, industry stakeholders and members of the press to both events.

Both events are important dates on Italtile’s 2020 calendar: to honour Italtile’s longstanding partnership with Ceramica Sant’Agostino. Italtile’s founder and chairman, Mr Giovanni Alberto Ravazzotti, first shook hands with the founding family of Ceramica Sant’Agostino half a century ago, shortly after he opened the doors of Italtile in 1969. The valued relationship sits at the heart of Italtile’s brand positioning - “Live Beautifully” – as both companies understand that developing the art of beautiful living in the 21st century requires what Filippo Manuzzi terms ECOQUALITY, as well as high-end design, craftsmanship, ethics, technological superiority, and service.

Since its inception over half a century ago, Ceramica Sant’Agostino has been family run and managed. The fact that they are thriving is testament both to their tradition of family values and their determination to remain future-facing. Respect for tradition and the spirit of innovation keeps the brand at the forefront of porcelain tile design in a competitive world market.

A partnership of just over 50 years has allowed Italtile exclusive access to the very best Italian tile ranges over the decades: currently, the ranges include Black and White Patchwork, TailorArt, ColorArt, Ritual, BlendArt, and a brilliant remastering of the terrazzo trend in New Decò.
