PHASE 1 OF PIETERMARITZBURG’S NEW HESKETH ESTATE COMPLETED WITH ITALTILE’S SIGNATURE ECO-CHIC STYLE.

Does the name ring a bell? That’s because Hesketh Estate in Lincoln Meade, Pietermaritzburg is centred around what used to be the iconic Roy Hesketh Circuit, a former motor racing venue that was hugely popular in the mid to late 1900s. In this ideal location, which offers both the nearby convenience of the city and access to a 70-hectare nature conservancy (a world away from the race-day hubbub and exhaust fumes of yesteryear), Phase 1 of the brand new Hesketh Estate has just been completed.

Phase 1 consists of a set of 225 chic, modern apartments named Ducati (spot the reference to the racing world), along with a private clubhouse. In due course, further residential units as well as a proposed shopping complex – Hesketh Lifestyle Centre ­– will complete the all-in-one secure gated community with a dynamic and energising live-work-play-shop vibe.
