Tivoli Acquario Chrome Bathroom Tap Collection

Introducing Acquario, a sleek and stylish chrome-plated brass tap range from Italian tap masters Tivoli, available at Italtile.  

Bringing to life the concept of the loop handle – this time with straight square lines that are beautifully finished – the Acquario bathroom mixer range is the very embodiment of modern bathroom appeal, with its double nickel and chrome-plated, smooth mirror finish. 

Acquario offers three hand-basin tap options to choose from, including a standard basin mixer, a tall basin mixer, as well as a wall-type basin mixer with a rectangular back plate, a lever on the right for ergonomic comfort, and a long spout located on the left. Both the standard, as well as the tall basin mixer, can be used with drop-in basins, undermount basins and counter-top basins that have a tap-hole present. 

The Acquario bath or shower mixer is a single function unit that can be connected to a single shower or bath outlet. It has a square backing plate, and the brass body of the mixer is concealed. 

The Acquario diverter mixer is a dual function unit where only one function can operate at any given time. The diverter mixer can be connected to two outlets of your choice – bath spout and hand shower or overhead shower and hand shower. It has a rectangular backing plate and the brass body of the mixer is concealed. 

The Acquario wall type bath mixer is exposed and should be mounted above a bath on the wall. The mixer comprises of a mixer lever, spout and diverter lever. The set includes a smooth connector hose for the rectangular baton hand shower and a wall bracket to hold it.

Completing the Acquario range is the bidet mixer, with an aerator that can pivot according to the required washing position, and which provides sophistication and hygiene to any bathroom space. 

Acquario mixers function best with balanced water pressure. The taps boast aerators that add air into the water flow to soften any potential splashing, as well as a reduced flow rate of 6 litres per minute.
