Contemporary vinyl is one of the 21st century’s latest flooring trends. It is without a doubt an excellent family-proof flooring choice and a far cry from its traditional mid-century forerunner. Once only available in sheet form, the modern remastering of vinyl is now in plank form.
Moda Vinile handles heavy domestic foot traffic, so it can be used with confidence throughout the home or office, especially in kitchens and bathrooms. Unlike pure hardwood, Moda Vinile– thanks to its multiple layers - can withstand moisture, scratches, termite-proof, spill and stain-resistant. The board comes complete with a fixed underlay.
Moda Vinile offers all the good looks of hardwood without the high price tag. In fact, it is considerably less expensive than many flooring options despite it being an SPC (stone plastic composite) board and not the more commonly used vinyl alternative, LVT (luxury vinyl tile).
Underfloor heating can be used with this Vinyl at a maximum heat temperature of 55 degrees celsius.
The range consists of 5 colourways, to suit most palates and the surface finish has a texture to it which mimics real wood grain.
If installed and maintained correctly, Moda Vinile will last for years. Under light commercial conditions, Moda Vinile will last for up to 7 years. Under residential conditions, Moda Vinile will last for up to 25 years.
It is recommended to acclimatise the product for a period of 24 hours in the room intended for, prior to installation. The room temperature should also be maintained above 15 degrees celsius before installation.
