Boogertman Architects, together with Tri-Star Construction, reached out to Italtile Commercial for the selection and supply of high-end tiles, tapware, sanware and bathroom accessories to finesse the bathrooms for 297 bedrooms across two blocks.
Catherine Brown, Commercial Agent for Italtile Gauteng Region, received the brief for future-facing minimalism, and answered it with a sustainable selection of Italtile Commercial’s premium bathroom products that deliver a comfortable, functional minimalist aesthetic:
Spazio Charcoal Rectified Glazed Porcelain Tile, Matt and Slip-Resistant, 600x600mm, an EcoTec tile by local sustainability pioneers Gryphon.
Betta Diplomat Wall-Hung Pan, with a sophisticated design ideal for compact spaces, featuring an ultra-hygienic closed rim, sump-washed pan, and a quiet flush. Fitted with OLI 80 Concealed Cistern and River Actuator Plate.
Betta Mondo White Basin, with a sleek silhouette, complements the Betta Diplomat Wall-Hung Pan for a cohesive look.
The brassware selection includes Tivoli ASTI (Asti) sink mixer, as well as ITD’s Letaba Basin Mixer, Letaba Shower Mixer, Chrome Shower arm and Shower rose.
Exclusive Giro Stainless Steel Bathroom Accessories – robe hook, toilet roll holder and a 600mm towel rail – completed the minimalist feel.
