The New Road Eco medium height basin mixer is considered eco-friendly due to the starting position, in which the handle is centred, and uses only cold water, which in turn saves energy by not drawing from the hot water supply. This mixer functions best with balanced water pressure.

This basin mixer height can be used with drop-in basins, undermount basins, semi-recessed and certain countertop basins. The tap has an aerator that adds air into the water flow to soften any potential splashing, and has a flow rate of 6 litres per minute – substantially less water is used than older tap models.
